Indian Corporate World is changing enormously. So are its perceptions and expectations from it. We comprehend the value of sensitization and handling things intelligently. Gone are the days of dictatorship and dominance. In the prevailing times we need to view this paradigm shift closely and wholeheartedly. Soft Skill training improves the Quality of Work Life of employees, thereby raising their levels of productivity and satisfaction. Since Soft Skills have become indispensable to any organization/institution in this democratic setup where every individual has his own set of emotion and unique behavior, and by learning these skill sets help in bringing desired changes in the staffs/ associates/ students and making them more sensitive to each other thereby working as a unit. |

Carmazzi, The Founder of DC and COLOURED BRAIN THEORY with considerable experience in conducting interactive workshops in soft skills for corporate and professional institutes all over India. He conducts workshops on Communication Skills, Body language, Business Etiquette, Corporate Etiquette & Culture, Motivating Employees for Performance, Leadership, Team Building, Group discussion & Interview Skills, Personality Development at the institute level and also at workplace. He has done his masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy and MBA in Human Resource, M Phil in Counselling & Guidance and Ph D in Management. He has also been certified for TA 101 by International Transactional Analysis Association and he is pursuing CTA. Apart from the above, he has done Basic course on NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and BLHP (Basic Lab on Human Process) by Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science.

Offline and online mode of training with voice assisted Powerpoint presentations and a manual provided at the start of the course. The participant will have a week’s time to master one particular module of the course and he/she can contact the trainer either through email/ chat or video chat for any clarifications. Each module will have its own activity and a pragmatic paper for better understanding. |
